Kadi ni Tidi (3 of Spades) is a trick-taking card game for 4 or 8 players, played in two teams. The goal of the Lead team is to win enough card points to meet or beat their bid.
In a Private Room, the host invites friends and seats players manually before starting. In Play or Big Play mode, you are automatically matched into a room with other players (or bots, if not enough humans are available).
Once the game starts, players take turns bidding or passing. Each bid must be higher than the current highest bid. The bidding continues until only one player has not passed — that player becomes the Lead for the round.
The Lead player selects a trump suit. Trump cards beat every card from any other suit, regardless of rank.
The Lead secretly selects one or more cards. Whoever holds and plays a matching card becomes the Lead's hidden teammate — revealed only once that card is played during the round. This is what makes Kadi ni Tidi unique: you don't know your full team until the cards start falling.
Starting with the Lead, each player plays one card per trick, in turn. You must follow the suit that was led if you can. If you can't follow suit, you may play any card, including trump. The highest trump played wins the trick — if no trump was played, the highest card of the led suit wins. The winner of each trick leads the next one.
| Card | Points |
|---|---|
| Ace, King, Queen, Jack, 10 | 10 points each |
| 3 of Spades | 30 points |
| 5 (any suit) | 5 points |
| All other cards | 0 points |
At the end of all tricks, each team's card points are added up. If the Lead team's total meets or beats their bid, the Lead team wins. Otherwise, the Opposite team wins.
Each turn has a time limit. If you don't act in time, the game automatically plays a card for you so the match keeps moving. If you time out twice during trick play in the same game, your timer is shortened for the rest of the match — so stay engaged!
